Journal of Clinical and Translational Medicine (MEDIXIS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by PT Litera Integra Nusantara. The journal provides an international platform for the dissemination of high-quality original research articles, review papers, and clinical studies that advance clinical medicine, translational medicine, biomedical sciences, and healthcare innovation.

MEDIXIS aims to bridge fundamental biomedical discoveries with clinical applications to improve patient diagnosis, treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, and overall healthcare outcomes through evidence-based medical research. The journal is published in electronic (online) format with a frequency of three issues per year, released in April, August, and December. The inaugural issue is scheduled for publication in August 2026. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, ethical integrity, and scientific relevance.

The journal identity, MEDIXIS, is derived from the words "medical" and "axis," representing the journal's vision of becoming a central axis for integrating biomedical discoveries, clinical research, and translational innovation into evidence-based healthcare practice. Through this vision, the journal aims to advance scientific knowledge and foster collaboration among clinicians, physician-scientists, biomedical researchers, healthcare professionals, academics, and industry partners in addressing current and future challenges in clinical medicine and healthcare.
