About the Journal

Journal of Public Health and Community Systems (NEXURA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by PT Litera Integra Nusantara. The journal provides an international platform for the dissemination of high-quality original research articles, review papers, and case studies that advance public health, community health systems, health policy, healthcare management, and interdisciplinary health sciences.

The journal welcomes original research, review articles, and case studies in, but not limited to, epidemiology, population health, global health, health promotion and disease prevention, maternal, child, adolescent, and reproductive health, nutrition and public health, mental health, primary healthcare, community-based health interventions, integrated health services, health systems strengthening, healthcare management, healthcare quality and patient safety, community empowerment and participation, health policy and governance, health economics, public health education and health literacy, social determinants of health, health equity, environmental and occupational health, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), food safety, climate change and public health, digital health, telemedicine, public health information systems, health information management, public health surveillance systems, and other emerging topics in public health and community health systems. The journal is published in electronic (online) format with a frequency of three issues per year, released in February, June, and October.

The inaugural issue is scheduled for publication in 2026. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, academic integrity, and relevance to the journal's scope.

The journal identity, NEXURA, is derived from the concepts of Nexus and Cura, representing collaboration, connectivity, and healthcare. It reflects the journal's vision of strengthening public health through integrated community health systems, evidence-based practices, and sustainable healthcare development. Through this vision, the journal aims to advance scientific knowledge and foster collaboration among researchers, academics, healthcare professionals, practitioners, and policymakers in addressing current and emerging public health challenges while improving community well-being.

The journal is managed by Litera Publishing and published by PT Litera Integra Nusantara, legally registered under Decree No. AHU-0036894.AH.01.01/2026.
